What If I received a damaged item?

People aren’t the only ones who get road rash. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If a shipment arrives with obvious shipping damage, please inspect the product inside. If the product is damaged, please refuse delivery and email customerservice@publicbikes.com. If you find the damage after accepting delivery, please save all boxes, packing materials and paperwork – don’t throw anything away – and immediately email customerservice@publicbikes.com.
